LivingFilm is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The optional PRO unlock is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. It removes the Live Photo export restriction. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored for free on any device via Settings → Restore Purchase. Purchases are final to the extent allowed by App Store policy and applicable law.
All photos, captions, and exports you create belong to you. The app processes everything on your device and claims no license over your content.
The app, its design, film emulations, and branding are the property of the developer and protected by applicable law. Film stock names used in the app are fictional stylings inspired by analog photography.
The app is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or OS version. Camera hardware behavior varies by model.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost photos arising from device failure, OS issues, or app malfunction. Save the moments that matter — the app is a camera, not your only copy.
You may stop using the app at any time; your photos remain in your photo library. We may suspend the license for violation of these terms, subject to App Store policy.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The current version always lives on this page with its effective date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law of your country of residence grants you additional rights.
